- Online in oneWYO: Create an account at mvds.onewyo.gov with login.gov, connect your record, then update your address.
- Or send the form: Email the Notice of Change of Address to renewals@wyo.gov, fax (307) 777-3823, or mail to WYDOT-Driver Services, 5300 Bishop Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82009-3340.
- Records only: For a card showing the new address, apply in person at an exam office; supporting documents may be required.
