- Or by mail: Address Change Notice, form MV3058.
- No new documents needed: Your license, ID, title and registration don't need the new address once DMV has it.
- New card (fee): Apply online for a replacement or visit a customer service center.
- CDL/CLP holders: Commercial cards must show your current address; get a replacement.
