- Update in MyDMV: Change your license/ID and vehicle registration address anytime online.
- Or mail/fax form DMV 22: One form per driver or vehicle owner. Mail to DMV Central Services Division, 555 Wright Way, Carson City, NV 89711-0700, or fax (775) 684-4829. The form has a separate vehicle registration section.
- New card (optional): A mail request can include a new card (not REAL ID), mailed within 10 business days for a $3.50 card fee. DMV must already have your photo on file.
- When you must go in: Commercial licenses, driver authorization cards, seasonal ID cards and non-expiring ID cards need an office visit.
