- Change it online: The Online Address Change Request updates the mailing address on your driver license and/or motor vehicle records.
- Or mail a form: Form 4160 for license records, Form 5805 for vehicle records, to Missouri Department of Revenue, P.O. Box 100, Jefferson City, MO 65105-0100.
- List every vehicle: Form 5805 covers cars, trucks, RVs, cycles, trailers, disabled placards and boats/outboard motors.
- Your card stays the same: Apply at a local license office to have the new address printed.
- Voter registration: After the online license change you can update your voter registration.
