- Report within one month: Delaware law (21 Del. C. §315) requires notifying both the Vehicle Registration and Driver License sections within one month.
- Update your license or ID: Change it online at dmv.de.gov/OnlineServices or at any DMV location, at no fee.
- New card with the new address: To get a card showing the new address, visit any DMV facility; they replace it at no cost.
- Update your vehicle registration: Mail the DMV Change of Address Form to DMV, Attn: Vehicle Services Help Desk, P.O. Box 698, Dover, DE 19903, or visit any DMV office. You receive new registration cards; no fee.
- Changing your name too?: Name changes require an office visit and a $10 fee for a new license/ID.
