- Update online in MyDMV: Change your license or ID address at mydmv.arkansas.gov at no charge. A new card is not issued automatically.
- Or mail the change form: Send the Arkansas Driver's License and ID Card Change of Address Form to DFA Office of Driver Services, P.O. Box 1272, Little Rock, AR 72203.
- Residence address rules: The new residence address cannot be a PO box or an out-of-state address.
- Optional replacement card: Buy a replacement card showing the new address at any Arkansas Revenue Office or at mydmv.arkansas.gov; fee not stated on this page.
