Concierge terms

    Draft — pending final approval. Concierge is not accepting payments yet. The terms below are proposed defaults and become binding only when the sale opens with final approved terms.

    1. What Concierge is

    DMV.ai Concierge is an independent preparation service — $49 service fee + government fees — for one eligible DMV task. Ava, DMV.ai's AI guide, prepares a personalized plan privately; Gana, DMV.ai's human concierge, reviews and approves every plan before you receive it. DMV.ai is not affiliated with any government agency, is not your agent before any agency, and does not file, sign or pay on your behalf.

    2. Eligible tasks

    One eligible task per case: title transfer, registration, real id, moving states — only in enabled jurisdictions with reviewed coverage, confirmed before checkout. A new, unrelated task requires separate qualification and payment. Excluded: disputed, probate, bonded or salvage titles; criminal, DUI or CDL matters; and anything outside the confirmed scope. We refer rather than accept an undeliverable case.

    3. Fees

    You pay DMV.ai a one-time $49 service fee. Government fees, taxes and fines are set by and paid to the agency and are never collected by DMV.ai. Third-party costs (mailing, notary, inspection) are not included unless separately agreed. An unknown government fee is not zero.

    4. Money-back guarantee

    Proposed default (pending approval): a refund of the DMV.ai service fee is available within 14 days of your first approved plan, and a full refund applies to an accepted case we cannot fulfill. The guarantee covers the service fee only — never government fees.

    5. Review and delivery

    Every plan is prepared by AI and approved in full by Gana before delivery; there are no exceptions. Proposed default: a first review within 1 business day of complete intake, subject to reviewer availability, and support for 30 days. Material follow-up questions that change your plan are re-reviewed before you get an answer.

    6. What we don't promise

    No government approval, first-visit success or wait-time guarantees. Official agency decisions, appointment inventory and processing times are outside DMV.ai's control. Appointment assistance happens only where a supported official method exists and only with your explicit authorization.

    7. Your information

    Documents stay private: uploads use DMV.ai's consented, audited private-upload path and are purged on a fixed schedule. We don't publish case content, don't train on your documents, and never put private details in URLs or analytics.
