30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

Concierge service

For the DMV.ai Concierge ($49 service fee + government fees), you can request a refund of the service fee within 14 days of receiving your first approved plan. If we accept your case and cannot fulfill it, we refund the service fee in full. Government fees are set by and paid to the relevant agency and are not refundable by us.

Pass-or-refund guarantee (Study Guide)

If you buy the Permit Test Study Guide and don't pass your state's official written knowledge test on your first attempt, you can request a full refund within 90 days of your order date. We may ask for your order receipt and a short statement that you took the test and didn't pass. We never need your license number, test record or any government ID.

This guarantee is a refund of what you paid. It is not a promise that you'll pass, and it doesn't cover state fees, retest fees or other costs.
